Forman offers three educational programs at the Intermediate Level: Intermediate Arts & Humanities, Intermediate Sciences and the A-Level Program. All programs are two years in duration and the medium of instruction is English. Once admitted, students in these programs follow a prescribed curriculum that is intended to prepare students for the examinations they will take to complete their education. The academic preparation students receive in Forman's intermediate programs prepares them for additional study in bachelor's programs and professional schools.

Forman faithfully follows the requirements set up by the different examination boards. The Intermediate Program at Forman has been developed in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore. A-Level students take courses that are intended to prepare them for the Cambridge International Examinations conducted by the University of Cambridge Board.
