Classes are based on the semester system with two semesters a year. Students
are encouraged to pursue their academic interests through advanced studies and research in their respective disciplines. Most of the departments are carrying on important research projects. Students are encouraged to talk to their department chairperson to learn more about these research opportunities.

Graduates of Forman's master's programs have gone on to pursue M. Phil. and Ph.D. studies, secured positions in the government sector and the diplomatic community, and pursued careers in teaching and business.
