The School of Management offers a 2-year rigorous program leading to the award of the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Forman Christian College, a Chartered University. The program has a general management focus with students developing strong functional expertise in the first year followed by a broad and comprehensive contemporary general management orientation in the second year.

The program aims to develop high quality professionals who will be recognized and inspired change agents through a combination of their creativity, initiative, competence and interpersonal skills. The entire learning experience will be highly interactive and offers the best mix of cases, simulations, and interactive lectures to ensure that students gain both from the theory and best practice of business.

The program is conducted by faculties who have a combined experience of over 60 years in leading high quality MBA and executive development programs, including teaching abroad. They are noted for their ability to combine the conceptual and analytical features of a business education with real world situations both from Pakistan and abroad.

A glance at the courses offered will reveal that the graduate will have strong functional skills as the foundation of their role as potential general managers and change agents. The program recognizes the great value of analytical thinking and writing skills and aims to develop these through both specialized as well as business courses throughout the two years. Part of this training will occur through a 2-week orientation program to ensure that students are at reasonably similar levels as they undertake the regular program.

The program is divided into four semesters spanning two years. After the first year, students are required to undertake an internship as part of their understanding of business enterprise. This is supported by interaction with industry leaders, business simulations and games, and plant visits.

With the history and tradition of the college, this rigorous and contemporary program should enable students to compete favorably for professional positions in leading Pakistani and foreign organizations.
