Forman Christian College welcomes all qualified applicants for admission to its A-Level programs. To increase your chances of admission, please read this section carefully. It provides general information about what Forman requires for its admissions process:
 
 
  • Forman observes a staged admissions season, based on the dates exam results are released. The College will place advertisements in major newspapers and provide a calendar for admissions on this website. Make special note of the application deadlines so that you will be sure your application will be considered. LATE APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
  • In order for your application to be considered in a timely manner, please make sure your application is complete and copies of all required documentation are attached. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
  • Candidates can apply for one or more of the following four specializations:
      • Engineering
      • Medicine
      • Information Technology
      • Commerce
  • Students who have passed the O-Level or IGCSE examinations of the Cambridge or London University are eligible for admission to the first year of the A-Level program. Preference will be given to candidates who have earned A grades in the subjects of the specialization they wish to pursue in their A-Level program.
  • There are no waivers for the admissions fee.
 
   
Documentation Required for All Applicants:
 
  • Two attested copies of the Matric or O-Level Result Card.
  • A recent photograph of the applicant must accompany the application form.
  • One attested copy of a character certificate from the last institution the student attended.
  • One attested photocopy of the father's or guardian's NIC.
  • Signed Declaration from the applicant's father or guardian.
  • Application form properly filled.
