Forman has a long tradition of outstanding intercollegiate sports and a campus history of intramural sports. The grounds simply make playing cricket, volleyball, or football so inviting that there is a game or match happening nearly every day. The College's Annual Swim Gala and Annual Sports Day offer opportunities for students and faculty both to compete and enjoy the events. The College Sports Board organizes and promotes these events along with the competitive and intramural events.

Intramural sports are organized through clubs:

  • Athletics
  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Body Building
  • Boxing
  • Cricket
  • Football
  • Hockey
  • Lawn Tennis
  • Racket Squash
  • Swimming
  • Table Tennis
  • Volleyball
  • Weightlifting

Teams are composed of hostelites and non-resident students. Many of these sports also have intercollegiate teams that compete with colleges and universities through the Lahore Board Inter-Collegiate and All Pakistan Universities Competitions.

Forman has many outstanding sports facilities: an eight lane standard 400 meter grass track, a short course (25 m) swimming pool, six tennis courts, four volleyball courts, basketball courts, cricket, football, hockey and handball grounds, a table tennis hall, and a well-equipped gymnasium. Specialized training by well-known coaches is available after College hours.

Sports are another great way to meet fellow Formanites! Find out more by visiting the sports offices in Lucas Center.
