The College has a 25 metre, eight lane (short course) Swimming Pool. Originally begun before Partition, a Hindu contractor started construction, but fled Pakistan during the conflict, leaving the pool incomplete. Fortunately, only minor work was needed to finish and the pool opened shortly afterwards.

This pool had the honor of hosting a national swimming and diving championship in 1974. It also has the honor of holding numerous competitions like the Lahore District and Division contests, as well as the Lahore Board, Punjab regional, and Punjab University championships. Unfortunately, the pool was allowed to deteriorate for several years until it was renovated in 2000 and was formally reopened on 17th August, 2000 in a ceremony performed by Mr. Hafeez Akhtar Randhawa, then Chief Secretary of Punjab. After denationalization, major repairs and renovation were carried out to make it one of the premier pools in Lahore. With 24 hour water filters, and a full pool staff, including a life guard and cleaner, the FC College pool is available for exercise and recreation to the college community.

The pool is open in season from April to October, Monday-Friday at scheduled hours.
