FCCU has been a leader for the development of curriculum among the universities of Pakistan. Over the years, FCCU has introduced academic programs for Bachelor of Studies (BS) and Postgraduate levels according to the needs of the job market. The American-style Liberal Arts education offered at FCCU does not only prepare students to be experts in their chosen fields but also have analytical and problem-solving skills. The 4-year Bachelor of Studies (BS) programs are designed to prepare graduates to succeed in a wide variety of occupations and to advance to positions with higher responsibilities. The Postgraduate programs offer a unique experience to students, including the opportunity to conduct research with leading academics and with some of the very academic facilities.

Undergraduate Degree Application form 2024 as of June 21 2024

Students planning to graduate in Commencement 2024 must follow all the instructions given below:

The Degree Application Form is linked with the Graduating Student Feedback Survey and Major Advisors’ Evaluation Survey

Follow the instructions below:

1	Make sure that you have a working printer
2	Fill in the Graduating Student Feedback Survey and submit
3	Click on the link for the Major Advisor Evaluation (MAE) Survey
4	Fill in the Major Advisor Evaluation Survey and submit
5	Click on the link to the Degree Application Form which will show up after you submit the MAE
6	Fill in the Degree Application Form
7	Submit and print the form with the confirmation number on it
8	Submit the form to the Academic Services Office along with a copy of your CNIC and Intermediate Certificate /A-Level equivalence Certificate.
9	Degree Audit commences after your paper form is received.

Important Instructions:

The deadline to apply online for Degree application is June 28,2024 for all students.
Students must submit a copy of their CNIC and a copy of Intermediate Certificate / A-Level equivalence Certificate along with Degree application in the Academic Office.
All students are requested to activate FCCU email address for any correspondence. ( For email activation contact Shahid Samson Samuel <shahidsamuel@fccollege.edu.pk>)

2. Degree Audit Procedure:

If all degree requirements have not been met, you will be informed by email.
Ensure that you provide a correct contact number and FCCU email id on your online Degree Application form.
Ensure that you provide your correct name spellings on Degree Application Form to avoid any inconvenience.
Please make sure you fill out the degree application form on time, even if your student account is on active business or semester’s grades are pending, such as (I)Incomplete and blank grades.
The official degree audit will start after all the course grades are uploaded on the transcript.

Academic Advising Center

The Academic Advising Center (AAC) is here to help you on your path to graduation. Beginning with students’ orientation and continuing throughout your time at FCCU, the goal of this center is to help students resolve issues that may prevent them from graduating on time. Here students can be assisted in issues like degree audits, provision of guidance regarding courses and road maps and directing them to appropriate offices for non-academic issues.
