Agriculture in Pakistan is significantly affected by short-term climate variability and longer-term climate change. Periods of severe droughts, followed by devastating floods are common in the country and have contributed to low crop yields, loss of livestock, damage to irrigation infrastructure and food shortages. According to the Climate change Index, droughts will increase in winter affecting the yield of cash harvests. Meanwhile, increase in precipitation in the summer season may cause floods throughout different areas of Pakistan. The two-day event on synopsis poster presentations was conducted by the Department of Psychology held on the 7th and 9th of December 2022. Majoring BS and MS Psychology students presented their synopsis posters to guests, faculty of Psychology, and students. The faculty of Psychology reviewed gave feedback and evaluated students' work. The event was graced by FCCU’s Rector Dr. Jonathan Addleton and his wife.

On Saturday 26 November 2022, 897 Bachelor of Studies (BS), 248 Postgraduate, and 1 PhD student graduated in various disciplines from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) during a ceremony attended by dignitaries, FCCU faculty, staff, and the parents and families of the graduates. Governor of Punjab Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman was the chief guest for the occasion. The Bachelor of Studies valedictory speech was given by Ms. Aima Kashif who graduated with a CGPA of 4.000. Assistant Professor of Mass Communication, Syed Muhammad Saqib, being a member of Global MediaClimate Network, was invited to attend and speak at the 4th Cairo Media Conference held at the American University in Cairo, Egypt from 23 to 24 October 2022. The conference was co-organized by the American University in Cairo, Egypt and Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway. The Department of Environmental Sciences, Forman Christian College (A Chartered University), hosted a two-day workshop on 9th and 10th November, 2022 at FCCU for its recent project entitled “Scientific and sustainable application of groundwater treatment technology for safe drinking water supply in Punjab, Pakistan”.
