The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is pleased to issue the 2022 Call under the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme. Dear University Students, We wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  In the light of recent notification from the Government, the winter break for Universities is extended to 7th January.
