Position:

1. Admissions Counselor

Details of the Job Description of the Staff in NF Consultancy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor; s degree in a relevant field such as Education, International
• Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 01 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within
• the education consulting industry or higher education sector.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for advising students on study abroad opportunities in Australia, UK,USA, and Canada.

– Provide detailed information on admission requirements, application procedures, and visa processes for each destination country.

– Guide students in selecting suitable universities/colleges and courses based on their academic background and career goals.

– Assist students in preparing application documents, including transcripts, recommendation letters, and personal statements.

– Maintain communication with partner institutions and admissions offices to stay updated on program offerings and admission deadlines.

– Coordinate with visa consultants to ensure timely submission of visa applications and provide support during the visa process.

– Track and follow up on student applications to ensure a smooth transition from admission to enrollment.

2. 2.Position Title: 

• Admissions and Scholarships Administrator

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor, Masters or MPhill degree in a relevant field such as Education,
• International Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 01 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within  the education consulting industry or higher education sector.
• Remote work option available
• Females are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

1. a) .Research and Identify Scholarship Opportunities:

– Conduct thorough research to identify master  and PhD scholarship opportunities for Pakistani students in Australia, the UK, the USA, and Canada.

– Monitor scholarship databases, university websites, and other relevant sources to stay updated on available funding options.

1. b) Fill out Scholarship Applications:

– Provide guidance to students on eligibility criteria, application requirements, and deadlines for various scholarship programs.

– Assist students in preparing and submitting scholarship applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to guidelines.

1. c) Navigate University Websites and Admission Processes:

– Navigate university websites to gather information on master and PhD programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.

– Liaise with university admissions offices to clarify queries and facilitate the application process for students.

1. d) **Maintain Scholarship and Admissions Database:**

– Keep track of scholarship deadlines, application statuses, and outcomes in a centralized database or system.

– Maintain accurate records of student profiles, academic transcripts, and other relevant documents.

1. e) **Provide Advisory Support to Students:** – Offer personalized advice and support to students throughout the scholarship and admissions process.

– Address student inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and effectively.

1. f) **Collaborate with Team Members:**

 – Collaborate with other team members, including admissions counselors and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless experience for students.

– Share insights, updates, and best practices related to scholarship and admissions processes.

1. g) **Stay Updated on Education Trends and Opportunities:**

– Stay informed about trends and developments in higher education, scholarship opportunities, and relevant policies.

– Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in scholarship management and admissions processes.
