Job Title: Faculty Position in Computer Science Department

Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) is seeking full-time faculty position for teaching Undergraduate/graduate Computer Science students. S/He will be required to teach the relevant courses as well as take part in departmental activities/tasks, or fulfill responsibilities assigned by the Department or University.
Required qualifications and traits:
• MS or (preferably) PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Demonstrated command over most of the following areas of expertise with ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels: Programming Fundamentals, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithm Analysis, Mobile App Development, Web App Development, Database Systems, Cloud Computing, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Computing, Computational Intelligence.
• Profile showing an active willingness to contribute towards community service, university/departmental activities.
• Candidates must have demonstrable research experience in their field and willing to share research experiences with students and engage them in grant writing and prototyping.
• Research publications in internationally recognized journals (preferred) or conferences.
• National and international R&D linkages and collaborations.
• Commitment to support the mission of the University.
• High level of spoken and written English proficiency.
• Ability to maintain collegiality and professionalism.
Salary and designation will be commensurate with the qualification and experience.
