The Financial Aid & Scholarships Office organized an Appreciation Ceremony for the Work-Study Program Students on Wednesday, March 17, 2022, at Executive Lounge (E-001), Elahi Building.
The main purpose of organizing this event was to motivate and encourage Work-Study students to make the best use of the provided opportunity. Mr. Kamil Shamshad described the purpose of the day and shared his testimony of learning and development as being the first beneficiary of this program back in 2006. Ms. Cheryl Burke (Ex. FCCU Chief Student Affairs Officer) graced the event with her presence as a guest of honor. She also addressed the students and persuaded them to gain knowledge and experiences for better prospects through this Work-Study Program. Dr. Douglas Trimble (University Vice Rector) presented the shield to the guest of honor and thanked for all the contributions made by her for the development of students.
The event was hosted by Ms. Anish Arif from the CLT Department. The wonderful & refreshing musical performance was also exhibited by Mr. Hammad Daniel & Eric Wilson. At the end, Mrs. Eileen Dass (Chief of Staff) concluded the event by thanking all the participants and motivating the students.
