The Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the Soliya Connect Program was organized by Dr. Atiq Ur Rehman, Implementer/Coordinator of the Soliya Program under the Vice-Rector Office at FCCU. The ceremony was chaired by the respected Chief Guest, Dr. Gloria Calib, Associate Vice-Rector. She distributed the certificates to the students of Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 who have successfully accomplished this program.
Dr. Gloria Calib expressed her thoughts on the Soliya Program and appreciated all of the students who have actively participated in it.
Mr. Fareed ul Din and Miss Iqra Siddique represented the student body and shared their experiences and views. They thanked the FCCU for providing this unique opportunity.
The Connect Program is an online cross-cultural education program that gives students a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of the opinions of others around the globe on common challenges. This Global engagement Programme has been offered in the Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) since 2014, where 30 students participate every regular semester in this Program more than 400 students have benefited from this program now and a few of them have been selected as a facilitator.
FCCU provides students with every possible opportunity to connect with the global community, learn from one another’s experiences, and open up their horizons to grow and contribute to the Pakistan and Global community with respect and dignity.
