On September 19, 2024, the Department of Computer Science, in collaboration with the Career Services and Internships Office, organized an insightful session titled “Building Brilliance: Shaping Students’ Character for Success.” The event featured the esteemed coach, trainer, and humorist, Mr. Adeel Hashmi.


Mr. Hashmi delivered an engaging talk, addressing the importance of personal responsibility in character building and defining success as a concept unique to each individual. He encouraged students to take initiative in shaping their own paths and emphasized the value of internal motivation.

A lively Q&A session followed, where Mr. Hashmi responded to questions regarding the significance of formal education and the role of universities in fostering both intellectual and personal growth. He described universities as nurturing grounds, not only for acquiring subject knowledge but for exploring diverse fields like art and philosophy. He urged students to make the most of their time in university to expand their horizons.
