BRIEF PROFILE
Dr. Bushra Usman, an Associate Professor at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) in Lahore, Pakistan, and a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus, Canada, is a dedicated educator and researcher in business and entrepreneurship education. Her influential role at FCCU reflects a commitment to academic excellence and global collaborations. Dr. Usman’s research delves into entrepreneurial competence, resilience, green entrepreneurial intentions, and the impact of psychological capital on growth. With a unique focus on women entrepreneurship, she has developed an instrument for measuring women entrepreneurial success. As a dedicated academic and researcher, she consistently seeks to unravel the complexities of contemporary business challenges, making meaningful contributions to the academic community and beyond.
