The Plant Operations Office performs the regular services needed to maintain a clean, attractive, safe, and environmentally sound campus for students, faculty, and staff. The Office is responsible for the maintenance of the entire campus including all academic and administrative buildings.

FCCU is known for its lush green campus and the Plant Operations Office works rigorously to keep it that way. The Office is an integral part of the education process as their contribution in providing an atmosphere that enhances teaching and learning is significant to the overall FCCU experience.
