Students planning to graduate in Postgraduate Commencement 2023 must follow all the instructions given below:
- The Degree Application Form
Follow the instructions below:
| 1 | Make sure that you have a working printer |
| 2 | Click here to fill in the Degree Application Form (This form has been closed) |
| 3 | Submit and print the form with the confirmation number on it |
| 4 | Submit the form to the Academic Services Office along with a copy of your CNIC and Intermediate/A-Level Certificate |
Important Instructions:
- The Final deadline to apply online for Degree application is July 30,2023 for all students.
- Students must submit a copy of their CNIC and a copy of Intermediate/ A-Level Certificate along with Degree application in the Academic Office.
- All students are requested to activate FCCU email address for any correspondence. ( For email activation contact Shahid Samson Samuel <shahidsamuel@fccollege.edu.pk>)
- For problems with filling out the Degree Application form please email Degree Audit <asodegreeaudit@fccollege.edu.pk>
- Degree Audit Procedure:
- If all degree requirements have not been met, you will be informed by email.
- Ensure that you provide a correct contact number and FCCU email id on your online Degree Application form.
- Ensure that you provide your correct name spellings on Degree Application Form to avoid any inconvenience.
- Please make sure you fill out the degree application form on time, even if your student account is on active business or semester’s grades are pending, such as (I)Incomplete and blank grades.
- The official degree audit will start after all the course grades are uploaded on the transcript.
