Psychology department held an orientation session for the MS Clinical Psychology on 11th September, 2023 to welcome the newly enrolled students and provide them with essential information about the program. The orientation was attended by Rector, Dr. Jonathan S. Addleton, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Douglas Trimble, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr. Sikandar Hayat, Head Department of Psychology, Dr. Ivan Suneel, MSCP Coordinator, Dr. Abia Nazim and faculty of Department of Psychology.
The Chairperson of the program extended a warm welcome and set the tone for the day by filling the atmosphere with enthusiasm and optimism. The Rector, Vice Rector, and Dean, also delivered inspiring words, emphasizing the significance of the MS Clinical program and the bright future that awaits our students. Their encouraging words served as a beacon of hope, instilling confidence in the incoming class as they boarded on their academic journey. After that the Coordinator MS program enlightened the students regarding their schedule and other essential information. Further, faculty members also introduced themselves, sharing their rich backgrounds and expertise, and affirming their commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Refreshments were served in the end to provide the new batch an opportunity to interact with the faculty over a cup of tea.
