Dr Aamir Ali Chughtai obtained his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Dublin City University, Ireland. Currently, he is working as a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the School of Business, Forman Christian College University (A Chartered University). Dr Aamir teaches courses in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management and principles of management. His research interests include work engagement, organizational trust, leadership, and job attitudes. Dr Aamir has published academic articles in leading international journals such as, Journal of Business Ethics, Safety Science, Personnel Review, Leadership and Organization Development Journal and Journal of Psychology.
