Brief Profile
Dr. Ambreen Khursheed is an accomplished scholar and industry expert, demonstrating exceptional prowess in research, education, and attracting high-profile industrial funding. Her diverse experience spans esteemed organizations, including Samsung Electronics Pakistan, State Bank of Pakistan, British Council, SMEDA, Imtiaz Group, UAE, and the United Nations Industrial Development Office (UNODC). Dr. Ambreen’s outstanding contributions have earned her several prestigious awards, including the Best Teacher Award in 2017, Best Women Researcher Award in 2021, and Best Researcher and Innovator Award (BRIA) in 2022. She has secured significant funding in 2021 and 2022, successfully executing the Samsung Innovation Campus, a fully funded artificial intelligence training program for Pakistani university students. Her research and academic expertise is recognized through membership in the Global Partnership for Poverty and Entrepreneurship (GPPE) project at the University of Notre Dame, USA and National Council for Entrepreneurial Education (NCEE) for Global Alliance of Entrepreneurial Universities, UK.
As a certified trainer and resource person, Dr. Ambreen empowers young individuals through various platforms, including the Youth International Conclave, Youth General Assembly of Pakistan, National Incubation Centres under PITB’s National Expansion Plan, Women Resource Centres and Incubators, and GLEAC, Professional Training and Coaching, UAE. Her research is published in esteemed HEC-recognized and impact factor journals. She has presented her work at various international conferences. Dr. Ambreen’s areas of expertise include Entrepreneurial Finance, Financial Models, and Technology Entrepreneurship.
