RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS
The research in our group at FCC focuses on developing nutrition efficient and climate-smart. Our research students are working on this objective. The most important outcome of our research is the development of transgenic wheat lines. We are utilizing transcription factors for triggering multiple genes involved in specific metabolic pathways. We have developed four types of transgenic wheat lines which are being propagated in the fields of FCC for homogeneity and are being tested for transgene expression and agronomic traits.
