Brief Profile
Dr. Laiba Arshad is Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Department of Pharmacy, Forman Christian College (A Chartered University). She has vast professional experience in institutional teaching and research. Dr. Laiba is a registered Pharmacist and a recipient of the Award of Scholarship under “Partial Support for Ph.D. studies abroad” by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan during her Ph.D. studies. Her research interests include Immunological/Biological evaluation of natural products and synthetic compounds, in vivo investigation involving experimental animals. Protein extraction and Western blot analysis, Extraction of RNA, synthesis of cDNA and qRT-PCR analysis and Flow cytometric analysis. She has published over 30 research/review papers in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
