BRIEF PROFILE
Dr. Muhammad Bilal Sadiq is currently working as an Associate Professor and Chairperson at Kauser Abdulla Malik School of Life Sciences, Forman Christian College (A Chartered University). He has vast research and teaching experience in the field of food science. His research interests are Food packaging, Food safety, Food Microbiology, Natural products, Antimicrobials and Food Product Formulation. Dr. Bilal has published various Research articles, Reviews, and Book Chapters in Internationally peer reviewed Journals and Databases.
