Brief Profile
Dr. Uzma Hanif is Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Forman Christian College University, Lahore. She has 20 years of experience of teaching to graduate and post-graduate levels. Her research interests include Environmental and Resource Economics, Economics of Climate Change and Policy Issues, Climate Change, and Institutional Governance. Dr. Uzma Hanif also has extensive research experience and has research articles published in national and international peer-reviewed research journals. She is also the author of a book chapter Economic Development of Pakistan. She has accomplished collaborative research projects with the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, Nepal, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in the area of Economics of Climate Change. She is trained in Environmental Economics at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand. She is also a member of the editorial boards of the Forman Journal of Economic Studies and the Forman Journal of Social Sciences.
