BRIEF PROFILE
With over ten years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy, I have built a strong foundation in economics. I teach economics, coordinate research, and train students in statistical software like STATA, SPSS, Python, QGIS and EViews. I also serve as the Editor-in-Chief of the departmental newsletter and contribute to academic and administrative committees.
My research, published in reputable journals, has been presented at international conferences, and I have mentored undergraduate research projects. As a consultant, I have worked with the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company and Sitara Chemicals Industry, developing strategic reports and forecasting models.
My earlier roles include teaching economics at Bahauddin Zakariya University and Qarshi University, designing curriculums, and supporting research projects as a research assistant at LUMS. I have also interned at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry and A.F. Ferguson & Company.
I am a PhD scholar, an M.Phil. in Applied Economics (with distinction), and a BSc Honors in Economics, with a gold medal. I have received certifications in research methods and econometrics and have led training workshops for faculty and students. My diverse roles and continuous learning drive my commitment to making a positive impact in economics and related fields.
My research interests are tourism economics, environmental economics, investment, banking and finance, transnational higher education, micro and macroeconomics and research methods and computer applications.
