BRIEF PROFILE
Tazeen Bokhari is a Lecturer in the Department of English at Forman Christian College University. Her research interests include Postcolonial Studies, Shakespearean Studies within an interest in literary theory. She aims to explore the Kashmiri women writing and raise the muted female voices in a regimented South Asian society. Her teaching experience spans across a decade at both national and international forums. She has taught various courses in higher education across multiple disciplines including “Modern Times: Literature from 1945 to Present”, “World War and its Aftermath”, “Shakespeare Across Borders”, “Modern Poetry with reference to the works of Ted Hughes and Carol A Duffy” and “Gothic Literature with reference to Frankenstein and 19th Century Novel.”
